Horse Attempt #2 (Part 5)

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

I've added a bit of texture to the background to add an impression of the flowers and greenery behind the horse using Pen (Flat Colour variant), Blender (Soft Blender Stump variant) and Airbrush (Fine Wheel variant). I selected "Preserve Transparency" as I worked on each green layer; this makes it easier to work only on one section at a time and prevent me from accidentally drawing over the horse.

Then I decided to run the Blender brush over some of the pen lines to soften them a bit. Also added some extra white to the mane and tail using the Artists' Oils brush, but that was mainly because I just wanted to be able to use the Artists' Oils brush. :-)
