Interesting in All It's Disturbing-Ness

Based on this comment from flopper (Sean), I did some research and could not find disturbingness listed as a real word. However, according to WordNet, disturbing is an adjective meaning "causing distress or worry or anxiety" as in "distressing (or disturbing) news". Since interesting is also an adjective and interestingness is a noun, wouldn't you think "disturbingness" would also be a noun? This is a bit disturbingly interesting, if you ask me.
P.S. Check out the following discussion in FlickrCentral on whether Flickr should create a Disturbingness Algorithm?. Perhaps if you find this image disturbing, you feel it possesses a certain degree of disturbingness.

@Nick Olive Photographic: This is actually a mouse (not a rat) and both the mouse and snake look bigger than they actually are. However, they have really grown in the last 6 months since we began feeding them larger mice.

Only if there is a photo site which ranks photos that are disturbing, you can have this word disturbingness.

This is very disturbing I will remove from my fave later.

  15. 1blessedmom Photography (61 months ago | reply)

Why remove? As many faves as you have, you'll probably never see it again. Is the disturbing-ness too much for you to handle? Too disturbingly (yes, that really is a real word) interesting maybe?
