oh that? that's just my permanent retainer. which just popped off while i was eating a sammich. mmm hmm. i guess it could have been worse. it could have decided to wait until i was in labor so i could swallow it.

in less annoying news, i finally put the big cactus closer to the window, gave it some water and now it's sporting the prettiest yellow hat!

um, and no, i do not wear those shorts out of the apartment, unless they are hidden under a skirt or dress. sometimes i wish i were the kind of girl who just Didn't Care (!!!), alas, i kind of do. and so, internet yes, real world, no. this photo was taken to show a friend in bolivia the full extent of my enormity.
