Oh wow! Great subject with great light, and a beautiful sky as a backdrop! I like everything about this -- framing, angle, color, detail and sharpness in the large. As Roger would say, a home run!

nice one... love those madronas. still find it hard to capture their glowing red colors really well, nice job! btw, hopefully soon i will quit my job in tacoma and may well be visiting richmond beach park more often. these 2 hour commutes (each way) are getting very annoying!
anyway, madronas are perhaps my favorites local hardwoods. something magical about them..
