Lake Breeze

A pinhole photo.

A few weeks ago, I spent a rainy day at Lake Erie with my two pinhole cameras. Walking back to the car to leave, I had one exposure remaining. I saw this tree and set up the tripod close to it, allowing the trunk and branches to frame the lake. It was about a 40-second exposure, and my favorite picture from the day.

When I took this picture at the bend of a quiet road, a car was slowly approaching. I got the shot and went back to my car, and saw the other car stop. A guy got out and stared at the lake. I'm certain he was trying to figure out what I'd been photographing. LOL!
