    my neighbors removed their air conditioner and made a little cat observatory.

    (there's a plastic panel over the front)

      What? Is this cat really that lazy that it can't jump up onto the ledge of the bay window directly above?

      Maybe he's handicapped, Derek -- did you think about that?
      I've seen a tiny wheelchair parked outside that house, and it's probably his.

      If it were my cat "veranda" I'd have used something mirror coated & bulletproof ! And this is Greenpoint, not Williamsburg in spite of what the real estate folks say.
