Meerauge

Newer Older

I'm finally back online :) All went well with the move and i'm happy to be able to flickr again :)

The "Meerauge", which means Sea Eye, is a pond situated in the Bodental in southern Carinthia. A legend says, that it's connected to the Sea via an underground river, thus the name.

I used a CPL Filter to eliminate the sky reflections on the water, so the wonderful color would be visible.

I developed the RAW file twice, one time for the ground and one time for the sky and combined them, to achieve a higher dynamic range.
