This Little Piggy Comes to DC!

Passing through Friendship Heights I came across a pig. I had seen the
Party Animal statues before, but this particular pig statue caught my
attention. It was no ordinary pig. It was a Piggy Bank with the
inscription, "Can't Buy Me Love" and little hearts decorating its
surface. The following weekend, I had another pig spotting in
Georgetown. This one was so bright and cheerful. Where did these pigs
come from and are there more?

After a little bit of researching I discovered Capital One in
partnership with DCPS are using the 750 pound piggy banks to enhance
their Stash Your Cash financial literacy program. 15 middle schools are
participating in the program and Capital One is donating their time,
their expertise and their dollars to the students and schools.
In addition, local artists and DCPS students painted all 15 pig statues
and placed them around DC to remind us the importance of Saving,
    Spending and Sharing.

    Have you spotted a pig?
