So another year over, and I have to say it has been a very good year for myself. As well as my usual sporting photography, I have had some success at landscape work this year. It will never pay enough to make a living from but I do enjoy it much more. I have also been teaching photography for this past year and have enjoyed that immensely.

In this short video, you will find some more images of my sporting work, my children, more from my walk to Skye, a couple of portrait shoots, some miscellaneous pieces and some unseen landscapes including a couple of wee gems that I never got around to uploading on here.

In the process of putting together my new website, so haven't been out much with the camera. This is a shot from the glorious winter of last year. Taken from the summit of Sgurr a' Mhaoraich, a munro overlooking Kinloch Hourn and towards the Cuillin of Skye.

This image was taken very close to the border between Spain and France as I say farewell to the beautiful country and people of Spain. A return visit is definitely on the cards.

(I have literally hundreds of photos to get through from my contacts, but I will make my way through them over the next week or 2)

The most popular rally driver at this event was surely Spain's own Dani Sordo in the Citroen C4 WRC, finishing 3rd overall.

Photographing the WRC in Spain was an eye-opener. The difference in quality of the light and therefore on the photos is vast compared to the conditions usually/always asssociated with the GB event.
