Absolutely breathtaking... the gentle blues and greens, illumination, wonderful DoF. The zigzagging of the seeds precariously held there by cobweb thin fluff. So very delicate! Beautiful. Instant fave. Can I please print it off and frame it?

..I think this is a willow herb of some sort... I'll have a look round and get back to you. Definitely not campion - campions have the round seed heads reminiscent of poppies and the seeds don't have any parachutes.

... its quite likely to be the same as the sort I spent last night pulling out of my garden isn't it? So I'll have a better look at that and see if I can define it properly..... I'm not very good at keys though. I don't think they are the broadleaved or great sort and definitely not rose-bay!

You're right again Relfy, thanks for hunting down the reference pics. I think it could be a Short fruited Willowherb rather than the Marsh or Broad-leaved due to the width of the leaves. It's the sort that do keep coming up in the garden, with very tiny pink flowers.
