I made my first attempt at this in March. While I was happy with that, I'm much more pleased with this one. I plan to do this periodically to show how the girls are growing. This is obviously a composite. The trick is to keep the camera on a tripod and use a chair to keep everyone in the same position. Otherwise you run into proportion issues when putting it together in Photoshop. Without the chair it also becomes very difficult to get the same lighting angle on each person. I paid close attention to those details this time and the post work was much easier.

Strobist: SB-600 in Lumiquest Softbox III camera right (very close), SB-600 about 6 ft behind for rim light. Both on manual at 1/16th power. Fired by on-board flash through CLS. Added the (very simple) lighting diagram here at the request of Janis Lanka.
