Interesting! I've never seen them
"fresh" before and had never really
thought about what they'd look like. They
could almost be mistaken for green beans!

I think there are MANY curiosities in the
world of food - who figured out which parts
of the blowfish were poisonous and which are
not, for instance?? I would have hated to be
a slave in that guy's household.... Okay - you try this piece, and you try this
piece.... Bingo! What did that guy who
dropped dead have again?
