I read somewhere that urban honey often has
very much better flavour that rural honey
bees in town tend to visit a much wider
variety of flowers
where as those in the countryside can end up
next to the same crop or the same orchard all
year round, which limits the breadth of
flavours in their honey
I hope these jars taste as good as they look
