Beautiful photo! I'm American/Swiss living in Switzerland and the best chevre that I've found so far comes from France. It's called Chabis and it's wrapped in a kastanie (chestnut) leaf. We have lots of goats here so I can't understand why they can't make really good cheese. But then in France all the food is fantastic!!!
