My final morning in Yosemite was quite peaceful, I didn't think I would come away with any images due to the thick fog and snow, so I enjoyed the serenity of having the park to myself. I believe relaxing and not worrying about taking a 'good picture' led to this image.

I've been neglecting flickr for G+ and I feel bad, so here's a good for you all :)

I'm finally getting around to editing my images from Yosemite and remembering just how lucky I was to have clouds and fog. I can imagine the millions of photos with blue skies and a clear valley and somehow I got this on my first visit.

Please critique your brains out, I'm trying to get my editing time down while still keeping it very powerful. I've realized my editing process is not simple for 99% of people out there. But if you're a super geek that loves flexibility and powerful tools, come talk to me.

I spent this past weekend at American Basin photographing incredible fields of wildflowers, I spent a few hours the first night trying to capture some meteors and didn't have too much success, I'm pretty sure I just captured satellites. So here are the star trails instead :) the white light is the headlamps of a couple hikers coming down from the lake above
