Wanted

    To the person who believes that 6th Avenue between St. Marks Place and Flatbush is a perfectly fine place to dispose of household trash several times a week, spawning small rubbish tornadoes all over: I will find out who you are. One day you will pay.

      When I walk by I look for clues. But in a casual manner, so as not to look like a nut.

      Ha - I live around the corner and I have to walk through that very same pile of trash at least twice a day. I've fantasized about setting up a sting operation to catch the jerk who dumps there.
