I read a story about city water in India and
the transition from a socialist to a free
market supply system. The old system
supplies unlimited, free water -- for a
couple hours every two days because of
overuse and leaks which nobody has an
incentive to fix. The new system supplies
water on demand but you have to pay for it.
Very symbolic. Thanks for sharing with
Creative Commons. I paired this with an
article on leadership and partnerships for
delivering clean water to the developing world.

We can't imaging being without water.
