Hey, Dave. And you all other, rare and
exotic car enthusiasts. Can anyone out there
educate me a little about the 25th
anniversary Triumph TR7. What year was it
that they call 25th anniversary year. Is the
TR7 from that year really considered that
good. How much should it be? you know the
best and the worst case cost scenario. I
spotted a car. I was pretty sure it was a
TR7. But I wasn't 100 percent sure. So I
called the guy. First he said it was a 1981.
Then he said he wasn't sure it was from the
seventies and that it was the 25th anniv
model. . That yes it was running and up for
sale and would cost $2,500.- What 'd ya'll
say.

TR7s have tons of special editions. Lots made
up the by dealers themselves. 1980 was a 30th
Anniversary edition. I can't recall a 25th
one though - but I am far from a TR7 expert.
For TR7s watch out for rust and headgaskets.
Good luck.
