      These aren't paid results. They are video and book results from Google Video and Google Book Search. It's probably an experiment.

      Alex - true and I guess I could have worded it better. The Book and Video results are showing up on the "paid results side". I have yet to ever see anything but paid listings on the right side in Google until I saw this last night.
