bedroom wardrobe-shelves
A case of life imitating SketchUp, this. (Though I can't find the relevant model right now to prove it).
The wardrobes and shelves at the back there are the most complete part of our current first home adventures, and I'd say they're only about half way there.
We have a pretty small bedroom, you see, so we had to carefully consdier how we would be able to get enough storage for two people in. This seems to be working pretty well so far!
Oh, and tremendous thanks go out to my grandparents who gave us the rather natty lampshade!

Believe it or not, we nabbed them from the 'leftover bits for recycling' heap near the pick-up area at Ikea. Free - and matching the material of our bed!

It is incredible how much this really does look like the sketchup model we did - even down to the penguin sat on the bed...
