I administer a site called LOLcops.com, which parodies the LOLcat images you may have seen at sites like 4chan or icanhascheezburger, but substitutes photos of cops for the photos of cats. I was looking for images and came upon yours, which is just about perfect. We'd love to use your photo and your caption (which would be translated into LOLspeak), and we'd be happy to credit you by whatever name you like and link to your flickr page. What do you say?
