      I found it a second-hand bookstore in Kingston, Ontario. It appears to be from around the time of the 1939 World's Fair.

      Nope, no copyright date. It was based on some blog comments, when I posted it there, forget what they were, but might be able to dig them up (disabled comments on the blog awhile ago).
