First Kiss

Lukas with his best friend Kayla.

The sad part is that since the photo was taken her family have moved out of the area. Lukas doesn’t really understand what this means, poor guy.

In fact I think this was her last night in town. He still talks about her.

Love eh?

Breaks my heart as a dad.

On a brighter note, from this brief moment of happiness, I picked up my first photography award recently with this photo. It finished 3rd in the People category of the 2006 Siemens Ireland photography competition.

So it wasn't all bad. ;)
