Mothers Day Dinner 2010 |
Duck confit carnitas, cole slaw,
Tomatillo avocado salsa (not pictured),
frijoles negroes. Duck was confit in
lard for 2 hours then crisped up in a
skillet. Recipe is from Rick Bayelss and
is available at rickbayless.com. Turned
our very good. No leftover duck which is
good I guess.
