Idaho Sod Roof Potato Barn
The first time my wife saw a Idaho Sod Roof Potato Barn she naturally enough asked: "What is that?"
I replied: "That there is a potato barn honey. You see, you plant the potatoes there on the roof and potatoes being roots grow right on down to the ceiling, when they get heavy and ripe they just fall off into cold storage. That is why you never see any shovel marks in them. © Daryl L. Hunter - The Hole Picture - Stock Photography for the Yellowstone region. Daryl L.
