The Grand Teton starts belching smoke and I didn't even think it was volcanic.

Actually, I liked the cloud coming off the mountain so I did a bunch of work in Photoshop layers to make the cloud look like smoke. I layered a black and white version over the color layer and hit the multiply button on layers plus a few other things.
