I found the Zaha Hadid designed London 2012 Aquatics Centre the hardest building by far to photograph. Being located right next to the Stratford entrance it was surrounded by temporary tents for security etc and the stands which increase the capacity of the venue from 2500 to 17500 are seriously ugly in my opinion. They obviously know this as they've delayed entering the building for the Stirling Prize until the stands have been removed.

From Wikipedia : "The London Aquatics Centre is an indoor facility with two 50-metre (160-foot) swimming pools and a 25-metre (82-foot) diving pool in Olympic Park at Stratford, London, it was one of the main venues of the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Paralympics. The centre was used for the swimming, diving and synchronised swimming events. After significant modification the centre is due to open to the public in 2014."
