Château sur la Rivière

can u show different views of this
total awsome!!
You should make caves here... or like a secret wine cellar.
Château sur la Rivière by DARKspawn.
Who needs a snappy title when you can speak French?

OK, I can't really speak French, well not much more than a smattering of phrases & nouns...

This project is a culmination of techniques that I used in several seperate creations that I built for the Classic Castle Contest in 2007. Although it's far from perfect I feel that this creation represents where I am at the moment with detailed castle building. Most notably with SNOT work on castle walls, removable sections and (of course) a detailed interrior. All of this serves as a setting for several small scenes within the creation. I hope you enjoy it. It's been an awesome experience building this, it's always fun to push the building envelope =)

Great job, but it really should be called "Castillo por el rio." Me gusta español más que français.

Super! A difinitive model! I really enjoyed all the character detail inside and out too! Very creative.
My only complaint, is the brickshelf gallery, its a bit painful to use if you want to see all the pics without having to click and load your way through it all....
Why not just upload it all into a Flickr set, then we can just startup the automated slide show in whatever speed we like?!?!?!

Thanks heaps for the kind words, everyone. Sharne, I would if I could have Sets or Collections as my "front page," but sigh, that is not to be.

LEGO is the epitome of cool.

Wow, *another* DARKspawn masterpiece. Not that that's unusual. Roughly how long do these projects take you to build? Something like this would take me an eternity.
