a rainbow is hanging across the Taipei 101 skyscraper.
taken at the WUTIP typhoon eve on Aug 8.
the #6 typhoon PABUK just has gone yesterday, and the new one #7 "WUTIP" would
come to hit Taiwan tomorrow....

梧提颱風來臨前，下午的彩虹...
出現時間很長
所以眼見它隨著太陽西下
一直從 東邊緩緩往上升
逐漸由低低的橢圓形型變成高高的正圓型
而我
拍了一個多小時...
輕度颱風梧提，今年編號第7號 (國際命名:WUTIP，中文譯名:梧提)
