Lane closure

A bunch of DC water trucks were working at 15 and T the morning of Sept. 22. Most of them were parked out of the way on T, but the one who did park on 15th at least made sure to only block the bike lanes -- so all the reverse commuters could still take 15th out of the city at 9 a.m.
