A week in Tokyo 2

If somebody told me "when you start living in Japan, you will gain the jedi skill of eating raw beef mixed in raw egg" - I would have told them they were crazy.
But I find myself eating exactly that to find that it tastes surprisingly good. Would you try this on your next trip to Japan?
