Better latte than never
 Photo taken for Active Assignment Monthly: Your Local Coffeeshop.
This is taken at Stumptown coffee on SW Stark St. I originally went in wanting a shot of a barista making a latte design but the barista had no problem saying, "I really don't want my picture taken". Ok.... I almost didn't use this picture because of the tight focus on the front of the cup but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. And it made me want to hurry up and drink the coffee. Strikingly simple composition. I think it's made by the stream of white crystals. Are you able to get coffee crystals or demerara sugar? Was this still drinkable after the stream of sugar from the dispenser?
