Corn Beef Reuben
I've spent the past 48 hours slowly preparing the Corn Beef from scratch for this sandwich. The sauerkraut and horseradish sauce were also made from scratch. The only thing on that sandwich I did not make was the swiss cheese and Light Rye/Pumpernickel bread. Mmmm. :D
Oh... and its probably the best in the land. Maybe not Ireland, but in this land yes.
