I was talking about Anime, and my girlfriend drew what she thought all Anime was. Sigh.

A fleet of Canada Geese float down the Grand River in Lansing, MI.

I really debated how to size/crop this photo. I could have zoomed in, but I wanted to show the huge amount of geese. This is actually the second crop--the first version showed even more on the right side. With this crop, the geese took on more of a wedge shape.

I dug out one of my old Lego kits from my youth (when I was eight or nine years old, give or take). I decided to rebuild it, as a sort of non-digital distraction (it isn't much different than a jigsaw puzzle).

I will try to post more photos as I work my way through the process.

I have been listening to YouTube movies of "waves" and "beach sounds" as a way to unwind. It makes for good background noise while I am reading (handy when you live in an apartment building with thin walls).

So, I just took a shot of my TV (I watch YouTube on it via my Roku Box). I wanted to fill the frame with what was on the screen.
