This one I like most from this series. A shame that this building is not used anymore.

      Great shot! superb details!

This is stunning, Daniel. Your technique is flawless - I can only imagine what a difficult shot this was due to the low light and the contrast of bright light. I am so impressed....
I have faved and tagged your picture with BRAVO and this serves as an invitation to The Best: BRAVO.

Wow, a lot of details to explore in it.
Looks a little bit dangerous to be in there...
There are a lot of things fallen from the roof..

Superbe vue sur la décadence! J'adore la composition et les couleurs soft!

Thank you all for your comments. I am glad you enjoy this series, as much as I enjoyed to shoot it!

      sjovve: thanks for your visit!

Different Wave Photography: always here to comment my pics. Really appreciate.

Redroom Studios: Sean, yes that was my lucky day. I went out to shoot something else (Botanical Garden), and on my way back I found this mysterious closed gate, I trespassed to found this beautiful ruin in a huge abandoned park!

      Jacksen: thanks for your visit!

earthrhythmes: thanks for your praise. This house is the ideal place to use the HDR technique. I tried to use it in a realistic way, without exagerating the colors. Thanks for the invite.

Heinz: actually I could not use the staircase on the right. Luckily there was another one at the back of this huge house.

Christophe: oui, j'ai tendance a souvent utiliser des couleurs soft pour mes HDRs, j'ose pas trop exagerer. Tu n'es pas la premiere personne qui me fait la meme remarque! Merci de ta visite et des faves!

Be careful when you visit these old buildings: the probability of collapsing is quite high, besides another hidden dangers.

What a cool place to go visit!

Great HDR - those old places are perfect for HDR - you got some great tonal range there!

A really spooky place ! I can't believe you went inside ! You should sell this photoset to some 3D game developer as inspiration for the next 3D first person shooter game ! One of your many fantastic photos that I enjoy.

What an awesome serie you have here!
I love old stones, and this one is superb. Old houses, in decay like this, are really attractive and you shot it very well, for sure!

    31. mf_g (77 months ago | reply)

impressive. I really like your series, don't have any advice to make it better. wish I would have taken such a picture.

You get such a powerful sense of it's former oppulence.
Superb series. I love decaying buildings, it's a shame they can't go on forever but when they're in this kind of state, they do stimulate the imagination.

What an amazing series: Such a beautiful house abandoned and left in disrepair, wonderful architectural elements, and so much fascinating detail. Stunningly beautiful photos! As always, great HDR work.

Heading for botanical gardens you walked into the Twilight Zone ... and stumbled upon this hulk of a house. Then, in the wink of an eye, you turned lead into gold with this staggering set. Ruins to riches -- imagery drenched with allegorical wealth. This may be the one I love best (with 2, 4 & 8 close behind). Your instincts are sharp as a razor!
