My usual Digital Blending formula: About 4 exposures at f/8 ISO 200 and one exposure at f/2.8 ISO 800 for the boats. All exposures pre-processed with Adobe Camera Raw (White Balance, Clarity, Vibrance, Saturation). Then manually blended and post processed with CS4.

Beautiful lights all over the place. I love how some of the buildings are dark and others have external lighting making them a golden color. Your digital blending technique is pretty awesome, and shows none of the halo/glow effect that often plagues standard HDR.
