Way back in the year 2000, we camped Sherman's Pass & Bald Mountain area in Sequoia NF . Near Big Meadows Rd, altho we did nit have horses. We sought seclusion. Well before the Domeland & McNalley Fires. I think Manter Fire started nearby this weekend of July 4th
