Yoop Trip, October 2007 - Once and Future Champions

Another one of my favorite parts of the drive is the twisting, rising, descending and relaxing roads of Champion, MI. Not sure what they were champions of, but they are one of my favorite milestones on this trip.

I took a trip through the Upper Peninsula a week ago to see Jill and relax. These pictures pretty much show how I can make it through the trip with pleasure: it is one of the most beautiful drives ever to see my most beautiful girl! All of these were shot through my windshield while driving with a 6 year old camera (5 or 6), so they aren't perfect, but the scenery always is. I cannot wait to make this trip next year with Jill with me when we come up for Winter Carnival and the Tech-NMU hockey games.
