Stop The War Against Photographers

Stop The War Against Photographers by Dana De Nicola.
This is the police officer that harassed and threatened to arrest me for over 30mins for taking his picture. You can read my statement made to ethical standards on the following link.

What is with the haircut, does he think he's in the Marines or something? I read your story, it's a shame people like this fellow who presumably deal with the public all the time don't actually know how to appropriately deal with the public!

I know. All he had to say was i don't want you to take my picture and i would have respected that and walked away. He was just plain rude and used his power to intimidate and harass me. As my partner said getting close to 50 and still doing traffic duty...wonder how many times he got overlooked for promotion.

I do hope that your report to the ethics committee gets you some kind of reply from Senior Constable Wanker. It is amazing how a person with a camera can stir up such feeling in people... Glad that you stood up for your rights. Continue to do so.

they must be emulating England...

I took these pictures Friday, there were even Federal law enforcement and none of them cared...

So much for the US being "fascist"
