As it turned out (and thanks for the feedback, everyone!), photos by adc and merfam weren't taken on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus! Mosaickr allows a tag search of creative commons attribution licensed photos.
I searched for photos tagged MIT. I had chosen only thumbnails of
photos I believed to be on MIT's campus, since many of the search
results were obviously NOT the "MIT" I was looking for, but
apparently these two slipped though, much to my chagrin. 2 out of 40
isn't too bad.

like it's hard to guarantee they'll

A little fuzzy but nice. Colour looks kind of washed out especially on the upper right side--something's going on there that I'm not sure what it is.

Yeah, I think I need to run it again using a view of just the dome, and no tree. I think interference in the upper right is making it hard to see the recognizable shape of MIT's dome.
