    I made a cake - right off of a Martha Stewart episode on cakes with rolled fondant.

    The place I tried to buy fondant from sold me the wrong stuff (it's for making candy or something) so I searched on the internet. This beautiful (and tasty!) fondant is made from half powdered sugar and half marshmellows!

      The cake looks great! I have always stayed away from fondant because of the taste but your recipe sounds good.
