not too expensive, actually. i worked at a
place doing the artwork for things like this,
on metal -normally a company already has a
dye made with this radius cut, so it's
cheaper - it's only if a new dye (tool) has
to be made that it becomes more expensive.
the metal itself is cheap too and it would be
screen printed on. Seeing as it is only
black, that's also cheap. Overall, more
expensive than paper, but not excessive.
Dog tags are a great, interesting idea but in
this case even more effective as it ties in
with the nature of the product. Great to link
the two together.
just because it's "not too
expensive" doesn't mean that it's not
expensive--and although they're great
looking, being someone who owns a greyhound
and gives a good amount of money to GPA and
other organizations I'd say this is a gross
misuse of nonprofit funds!!!!
I disagree. I think it's excellent use of
funds. Not only does it spread the name, it
spreads the name in a memorable and most
likely more tangible way. People will
remember this piece. No two ways about it.
