Background noise tends the be more noticeable because the out of focus background is a very
smooth gradation that causes random pixels of noise to stand out, whereas that same type of
noise is much less conspicuous in detailed (in focus) areas, but any attempt to remove it from
detailed areas will only degrade subject detail.

• Stocky and large-headed with pointed bill
• Warm brown above and buffy orange below
• Tail barred with fine black markings
(I would have also mentioned the bars on the primary and secondary wing feathers)
• Prominent white eyebrow
However, it's a poor "Bird Book" shot 'cause the big thing these guys are known for (i.e. the tail up at a sharp angle) is missing, which for me is what makes it unique! Gees Louise, I guess I'll never learn! LOL
