This is a Plantation being built using the same techniques and materials used in the 16-1700's in the area.The kitchen is part of the original build. When a Plantation is starting out, the Masters usually build a small house and separate buildings for other uses (Outhouses come to mind). This is the kitchen. Al built by hand.
