Smoked BBQ Chicken![]() ![]() Rubbed down with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, rosemary and smoked with a blend of mesquite and maple woods at 350F for 1.5-2h. Tomorrow night's dinner. Yum. Can't wait. Our fridge smells smoky.
