I think the UFO part of the building is made
of some kind of fiber glass or FRP. Some of
them were already broken.
The sea wind here is very strong, I think
the damage of the buildings was caused in
summer typhoon season.

do you know the reason why this resort was
abandoned? it's like a haunted

I dont know why it was abandoned.
Some people do believe that it was
abandoned because haunted. In some version of
story, someone died in an accident, then it
became a haunted building.
But there is an another version of the the
story.
Some people beleve it is because the
government disallow building a bathing
beaches in this area. It beame a holiday
resort on the coast that can't play on the
beach, and soon it was abandoned.
I don't know which story is true.

I've been past here a few times but never
bothered to ask anyone why they are empty.
I just guessed that it is because it is
quite remote by Taiwanese standards and
didn't catch on, ie, not really any shops
locally, and it is jammed between the sea (it
can get incredibly windy around here) and a
major road going to the north of Taiwan is
just behind.
Also there is probably a design problem,
either in the quality of materials or living
conditions, if they are fiberglass it can get
damn hot in Taiwan and I wouldn't fancy
living in a plastic bubble in 35'c.
Would make a great location to film a music
video or film.

To:老芋仔
?
__________________________________________
To :s9011514
Lobby
