Gary Fisher Mt Tam. I'm guessing an '86, but am open to suggestions. Still long wheelbase and those fine slack angles, unicrown fork, stem with the little pulley, but no (deal-breaking) chainstay mounted rear brake. Looks fillet-brazed. Used well but cared for appropriately.
I cannot tell you how much I lusted after this bike back in those days. The Ritcheys were too much $ back then, but these were tantalizingly close to my available cash at the time. There was an all yellow one with black components that was in the window of his little shop on Center that I remember all too clearly. Still, my old Montare served me well.
