使用联通3G手机卡上网速度测试

下载时显示的是3.5g网络，下载速度最高显示217k/S，截图中是199k/S
使用Nokia 的SIP设置连接3G网络使用VOIP电话，一直连不上，我猜可能是联通屏蔽了这个功能
