Like a fine oil painting. Beautiful capture of the snow. I think a bit more interesting foreground would have put this shot out of sight.

Very cool shot Curt. Is that a street light giving you that effect?
The 1 second exposure gives it a real harsh blizzard feel and a nice texture to the overall image.

Thanks Kirk, it's actually a flood light off the back of my friends house shining out into the darkness towards their woods.

It is like a shot out of a movie - a horror movie. Very intense!

Excellent capture and great use of available light. The motion blur of the snow is perfect.

Really interesting. Love the lighting and the treatment. I only wish for a bit more sharpness in the detail. Nice work.

Great capture Sam. Way to seize the opportunity. did you poke your head out into the storm or shoot thru the window?
Curtnrod (46 months ago | reply)
Thanks for all of the comments.
It was shot through the window as this night weather was not fit for man nor beast!
