driveway light

driveway light by Brenda Anderson.
One of the first shots taken with my new Minolta 50mm f/1.7 lens using my Maxxum 3xi. Scanned print which isn't the best quality, but shows the great DoF that this lens has. :)

Very nice DOF work here... Do you have a dSLR?

I personally use a mix of my P&S digital (for volume shots), and some use of film camera (SLR) for higher impact images and the fact it has more lens flexibility for theoretically better pictures

No, no dSLR, but I'm looking at the new Sony Alpha as that means I'll be able to use the 3 lenses I already have with my Minolta 35mm. But I need to save up a bit.

Unfortunately the lenses from my old Minolta won't work with anything digital
